Thanks for writing in! - We've had this issue in the past with ElvUI Core simply because this is a third party addon that is not a part of the bltadwin.ru projects. This is mainly because ElvUI is not officially supported on the Twitch App and the addon author needs to upload their project to our Mods Website.
